Your Energetic Blueprint
Human Design Guide
A map of how your energy works, how you make clear decisions, and how you are built to meet the world.
Generator
The largest group. Generators have a defined Sacral center and a deep, renewable well of life force energy meant for work they genuinely love.

Manifesting Generator
A Generator subtype that moves fast. They respond to what excites them, then act quickly and often skip the steps other people need.

- Wait to respond, then inform
- Signature
- Satisfaction
- Not-Self
- Frustration
Projector
Here to guide and manage energy. Projectors do not have their own sustainable life force, so they are built to see and direct others rather than to grind.
- Strategy
- Wait for the invitation
- Signature
- Success
- Not-Self
- Bitterness
Manifestor
The initiators. Manifestors are built to start things and act independently, without waiting for anyone to open the door for them.
- Strategy
- Inform before you act
- Signature
- Peace
- Not-Self
- Anger
Reflector
The rarest type, with no defined centers. Reflectors mirror the health of their community and live closely tied to the lunar cycle.
- Strategy
- Wait a full lunar cycle before deciding
- Signature
- Surprise
- Not-Self
- Disappointment
